General Information
I am a BSY Qualified Yoga Teacher, registered with the Independant Yoga Network.
Class is mixed and "open", which means it is suitable for most levels, including beginners.
You are asked to listen to your own body, to be mindful and only go to whatever level your body wants to go to on that particular day.
Classes will start with a warm-up and include asana (posture) practice, breathing exercises (pranayama) and relaxation.
My classes use a blend of yoga styles, mainly Hatha (traditional static postures), vinyasa (flow) and a pinch of Kundalini.
Through mindful work and attention, you will build strength, flexibility and balance.
Class music is varied, so you'll be listening to everything from classical to kirtan, new age, to ibiza chillout and everything in between.
